Solved BSOD Bad Pool Caller while surfing internet

Been having Windows crash on me repeatedly these few days.
System Specs:
- Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 OEM x64
- Original installed OS never reinstalled
- Less than 1 week old notebook

Related to ewusbnet.sys USB NDIS Miniport Driver from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. I would also remove and replace Symantec with Microsoft Security Essentials

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Problem is isolated to usb modem device since there are no crashes when I surf using WiFi or LAN. I have uninstalled symantec for the time being to further isolate the issue but Win7 crashes whether it is installed or not.

I have tried and updated huawei device to the latest driver version 3.17.05.00 but now crashing on ewusbwwan.sys.

Only conclusion is that huawei produces lousy drivers and there is no solution apart from avoiding use of their modem on Win7.
