Solved AMD CCC when clicked apears in task manager but doesn't pop up

ever since i created a new user.... AMD Catalyst Control Centre doesn't work.......
i click it and nothing comes up but in task manager it shows up............

I would try installing it again using the new user account.

but that account has become rendundant, i no longer need it....so know theres only one account(the original one)
i'd like to try and fix that CCC

You could always go to Start, All Programs, and add it to the Quick Launch.

tried but didn't work again it shows up in the task manager but doesn't show up as a window.......i uninstalled and reinstalled several times

i decided to reinstall windows 7
