I've always had BSOD's since installing Win-7. I've some computer experience but
obviously not an a guru! If it wasn't for the lucid instructions on the Forum, I couldn't have made this post!
Reliability index seldom at "10"
Some crashes were due to electrical fluctuations & outages which can happen in Thailand, so bought a UPS a few months ago which seemed to remedy the problem, until recently. Note that the electrical system in the condo where I reside is _not_ grounded. A lack of grounding is common for older buildings in Thailand. Yet, most BSOD's I've had are _not_ due to electrical fluctuations. Some crashes have occurred when browsing with Firefox, or just changing to another program. Recently I have experienced "BugCheck 7e"

Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks for any and all constructive replies.

Hello Grathiam and welcome!

Your dump didn't include a dump file which we'll need for analyzing your BSoD. Try looking in C:\Windows\Minidump. Be sure to zip them in, and upload them here to the forum. :)

Fred.

Hello Grathiam and welcome!
Your dump didn't include a dump file....<snip>... Fred.

Thank you for the response, Fred...
Evidently I've erroneously previously deleted the 'Minidump' files!! Nothing was found
in the folder...even when looking with Admin permission!
I guess I'll have to wait for more BSOD's to happen, then add the new dump files to my original post.
Grathiam
