I actually didn't have turkey today......the buffet we went to had prime rib, and I'm a sucker for a nice melt-in-your-mouth slab of that any time. So prime rib, penne alfredo, mashed potatoes with gravy, and apple pie.....a good healthy dinner for me.:D
