From what I can gather there is no straightforward way to password protect a Win7 folder using the native capabilities of Win7. Ideally I'd like to password protect the Documents folder but I suspect that's gonna be impossible so I'll probably have to be content with protecting individual folders within the Documents folder. So, is there a consensus on the best third party tool to facilitate folder password protection without resorting to encryption...I just want to be able to put a password on an existing folder such wthat when you try to open it a dialog box will pop up and ask for the password and then open normally. I'm running 64bit Win7.
