Were you able to find an update for your BIOS? If you give us your vendor and model (either for your full machine or for your motherboard), we can help.

Before doing the BIOS upgrade make sure you have a backup, a restore point, a copy of both the old and new versions.

I would also recommend using the first utility or the third utility in GIGABYTE How to Reflash Motherboard BIOS to flash your BIOS so if you are unable to boot into Windows, you can flash it the same way with your current version to get back to your working BIOS state.

Edit: If you need your current BIOS version
1. Click Start Menu
2. Type into Search programs and files "msinfo32"
3. Look for BIOS Version/Date entry (should be a little above the middle of the page)

The above information was taken from Find the BIOS version/date

I updated the BIOS without a hitch thankfully. Now to wait and see if it is fixed or not...

Ok everything was working fine until I installed drivers for my Logitech G15 keyboard and 9000 webcam. Now I can't get it to go into windows. Whenever it tries I get a BSOD, it tries to do the repair but it is unable to do anything and just shuts down. I can't use the computer at all now and I don't know what to do. I think it may have something to do with the "driver verifier" that I setup but I don't know what to do about it now.

Can you boot into safe mode (F8)?

Do you have the win 7 dvd?

I tried booting from the DVD and it wouldn't let me. While in the repair utility thing I found some system recovery options. I'm trying to go to the most recent restore point to see if that works. Is there a way for me to determine which device/driver caused the issue without redownloading and installing it again?

Ok it appears the restore point worked just fine, now to determine the culprit...

It's the default drivers that windows installs for the Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000. For whatever reason this causes everything to go awry. I can't use skype or anything requiring a microphone and when I restart the computer it BSOD's and goes into repair again.
