Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Random BSOD - Minidump attached.

I just installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on my PC. I purchased this copy of Windows about a year ago and try to install multiple times within last one year but I eneded up with random BSODs so gave up and went back to XP. I finally decided to do this one more time and if not resolved upgrade CPU, Motherboard, Memory and VideoCard.

I have downloaded all drivers from mfg directly...

Nvidia - Ver 285.62 WHQL 64-bit
Intel INF updae for Chipset - Ver 9.1.0.1012
RealTek NIC: Ver 7.049.0927.2011
RealTek Audio: RealTek Azalia Ver 5.10.0.6449

This one was Related to nsiproxy.sys NSI Proxy from Microsoft Corporation. Updating to SP-1 should fix it.

Please run the update readiness tool then update.

Updated to SP1 still getting BSOD

Thank you, I updated Windows to SP1 as you suggested but after the upgrade I got one more BSOD. This is the first after the SP1 upgrade, have attached minidump.

I noticed something I am getting BSODs with different drivers so it is very random.

I have attached minidump for two more recent crahses.

These are not being caused by those files. Were they you would not be able to boot.

nsiproxys.sys still seems to be the cause.

I am in safemode now... Will post it here if i see a crash again. You don't see this as hardware conflict/compatibility issue at all? Because within last 15 or so months I have tried to install same copy of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on same PC about 9 or 10 times but didn't work and i ended up going back to XP and XP would run just fine. So I know for fact that reinstalling is not going to fix my issue because I have done that so many times and went back to XP and then I would get an itch for Windows 7 again. I personally thought it was probably a hardware but couldn't justify buying new components before becuase it is still fairly decent PC for my use. But last night decided to try one last time and if not fixed get new i7 cpu, motherboard, video card and DDR3 ram while we still have decent holiday prices. Anyway I have attached latest mini dump, will let you know if it crashes on safe mode. thanks again.

In Safe Mode no more crashes

So I have PC in safe mode for little over 2 hours now and haven't seen it BSODing. I also want to correct myself on previous post when I said hardware conflict, I meant to say driver conflict because during my 9-10 failed attempts to run Windows 7 stablly I think on initial 2-3 attempts I remember running Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and it didn't like my Creative WebCam which is long gone but everything else passed perfectly fine, again this was about a year or so ago so don't remember if i had any other offending devices but upgrade advisor passed all devices so only thing i could think was driver conflict. Let me know if you have any other ideas or suggestions for me to try. Thank you, I really appreciate your time and contributions.

Standard User Account

So I had PC in Safe Mode for roughly 3 hours without any crashes. Then I rebooted and created another account on this PC for my dad as a "standard user" (non-admin) and he used it for about 30 minutes mostly browser, pdfs etc... and have PC up/idle under his account for additional 45 minutes so total 1 hour 15 minutes without any crashes... I am not jumping on any conclusions yet but will try to run it for another hour or so before reporting back here and if it stays stable will log back into my account (admin) to see if it crashes. Again on my dad's account eventhough it hasn't crashed for 1 hr 15 mintues doesn't really mean anything because it could be that he's not using same applications i used but to be honest, i just installed OS yesterday so besides, printer drivers and utility, mozilla firefox and couple other utilities (CPU-z, Apple airport utility, MiniDump viewer, Adobe Reader, etc...) I don't have anything installed anyway.

Minidump more crashes

What I posted last night on the previous post didn't work quiet well. PC still crashes even in standard user account. I have attached minidump for two crashes in the morning. Any other suggestions or things for me to try?
