I can only go with Internet Explorer. Why not?

I can only connect to the Internet Explorer and I can never do anything to download. What is the problem?

I had Avira antivirus and nod32 install but I got it clean. After that, I can not download.

Only works in IE browsers. I can not work with Opera or Mozilla. The Internet is my Internet speed.

I am urgent need your help.

Your problem may be caused by the fact you say you have 2 x AV programs installed.

It is NOT a good idea to have two Anti Virus programs running on your Operating System at the same time.
Decide which one you want to keep & use the appropriate UNINSTALL TOOL to remove the other.
Reboot your computer on completion.

Avira AntiVir doesn't have a removal tool so read this knowledgebase article on how to remove it yourself.

For ESET, read this.

As what Jan said, just keep only one (1) antivirus program you trust. Two (2) or more AV programs are highly inadvisable because both may slow down your computer and both are conflicting in terms of detection and features.

Suggest You uninstall those Anti-virus programs & use Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows instead.

1.Please also advise if your computer came preinstalled with an Anti Virus program.
If so, what was it & how did you uninstall it before installing Avira & Eset?

2.Tell us what other Security Programs you also have {Firewall, Anti Malware Progs etc.}
