Solved Help to restore my default theme and icon ?

I was installed Halloween Skin Pack 1.0-X86 and it was changed every things on my windows 7 ultimate and i don't like it so i was uninstalled and did restarted ... my problem is the theme only removed and icons,folders...etc. does not restore again to default.
Please any body now how to restore my default settings for all items?
by the way i was make point for system restore but after i did restart that point remove

have you tryed (system restore) ? try restoring your system to a date before you installed the theme.

by the way i was make point for system restore but after i did restart that point remove

try this tutorial it should reset the system icons etc, then re select a different theme from personalise
