Hello
I've been having problems with my computer for the past few months.
I've opened the computer up and removed the dust build up.
BSOD happens at random times when it running. Some days nothing wrong happens. Other days it just displays the BSOD when Windows 7 Boots up.
Or other days the computer boots up fine and then 10 minutes later it randomly displays the BSOD. I've attached the Health system report and the dump files.

I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out in anyway possible.
Thank you very much in advance.
Is Windows 7 . . .
- HP Pavillion Media Center m8300f PC
- x86 (32-bit) - Original OS was Windows Vista Premium. - its a full retail version Windows 7 Ultimate - What is the age of system (hardware)? Computer is about 3 years old. - What is the age of OS installation? I installed Windows 7 about a year ago.

Remove any CD Virtualization programs,

Uninstall Norton: https://www-secure.symantec.com/nor...ted+states&product=home&version=1&pvid=f-home and replace it with MSE (to test): Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Dear: GianniDPC
thanks for helping.

What do you mean CD virtualization? the only virtualization program i have is windows xp mode and Virtual PC. do you mean those?.. as for installing MSE I think I won't be able to. the MSE requires a Genuine Windows OS. Unfortunately I fail to meet that requirement. Should i reinstall Norton Internet Security 2012?

Well try Avast Free: avast! - Download Free Antivirus software or Internet Security

OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600

You need to update to SP1 (but I think you can't because you don't have a genuine windows :()
but you could try :p: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5842
