Hello everyone,

First off thank you for being here as I've just performed some major upgrades to my system and was freaking a bit with the BSOD that I'm getting so I hope everyone can help.

Here's the system spec info:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1
AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor
Asus M5A97
8 Gb Kingston Hyper X DDR3 1600
EVGA NVidia GTX 560 Ti
Onboard sound
Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EARS 1TB 5400 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
Orion 585 W PSU
IN WIN Maelstrom case
3x120mm 1x251mm LED fans

I had tried to overclock the cpu to 3.6Ghz but have now dropped it back down to a 12.5 multiplier to bring it back to the stock 3.0Ghz that it would normally run at but any other help would be greatly appreciated.

perfmon report shows USB drivers haven't been installed. Check your mobo manufacturer's website (PC manufacturer if it's a pre-built system) and install chipset drivers (for USB 2.0 and 1.1) and any USB 3.0 drivers that may be necessary.

Remove all overclocking while we troubleshoot. Once the system is stable, then we can resume the overclock.

Only 58 Windows Updates since SP1 - most systems have 70 or more. Check Windows Update for any available updates.

EVGA Precision (same components used in Riva Tuner and MSI Afterburner) is known to cause BSOD's in some Win7 systems. Please uninstall this software immediately.

In the event that this doesn't fix it, post back and we'll start hardware diagnostics.

Another thing, test your new RAM using memtest86 and other RAMs too on different slots. Faulty RAM or mobo RAM slots are often the cause of BSOD.
