I'm new to the forum but hopefully can follow all the directions to give you the info you need. Last night I got a blue screen error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa80069ff060, 0xfffff800050043d8, 0xfffffa80074245c0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\121811-15834-01.dmp. Report Id: 121811-15834-01.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've gotten this in the last month or two, and it's always happened while the computer was in a Sleep state. When it's occurred I have used the power button on the CPU to shut down. Then I wait awhile and turn it back on and it's fine again. This computer is 4 months old, an HP purchased direct from HP.

My System Info:
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 42 Stepping 7
Processor Count: 8
RAM: 8172 Mb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 530, -2048 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 1419105 MB, Free - 1346316 MB; D: Total - 11590 MB, Free - 1416 MB;
Motherboard: PEGATRON CORPORATION, 2AB5
Antivirus: Webroot SecureAnywhere, Updated and Enabled

Note also that I had Norton installed up until a few weeks ago. I have been having Outlook email problems that I thought might be related to Norton, and since I hate Norton anyway I uninstalled it (using their Removal Tool) and installed Webroot SecureAnywhere instead. It is active and updated.

I'm attaching the files indicated in the posting instructions. I hope I'm not leaving anything out.

Where is the "minidumps" info supposed to be coming from? I did all the steps in order and zipped both files. So I'm not clear on how I missed something??

My minidump folder is empty. I went to your instructions via the link in your reply for enabling the minidumps, but they were already enabled. Everything was set exactly as per those instructions already. So what do I do now? I may have to wait for help until the next time I get that blue screen so I can check that minidump folder then and see if it's still empty.

I have used ccleaner since the last blue screen so that was it. I will use the System File Checker you noted. Then if/when I get that blue screen again, I will get that minidump info first thing so I can update here. Thank you for your help.

Use option 2 http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Dont use any disk cleaners or the disk clean because with this action you clean\delete also the minidumps.

In meantime run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html you may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.

Ok,we found the first conflict ;)

Finally had another BSOD last night. So I followed the instructions again here to collect all the minidump info and the perfmon report. Hopefully I have it right this time! Attaching that zip file for you. System info is in original post.

Thanks!

Probably caused by netr28x.sys, which is the wireless card driver. Check for an update. If the driver is already at the latest, try older drivers. To re-install drivers, follow the subsequent steps.
  1. Click Start Menu
  2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
  3. Click Manage
  4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
  5. Expand network adapters
  6. Right click the device
  7. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  8. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  9. Restart your computer
  10. Install the latest driver for the device once Windows starts.

Alternatively:
  1. Login as an adminstrative user.
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Hardware and Sound
  5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
  6. Expand network adapters
  7. Right click the device
  8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  10. Restart your computer
  11. Install the latest driver for the device once Windows starts.

Let us know if you need further help after (or during) proceeding with the above steps.

So I came upon this thread having the same issue. Ive tracked mine down to the program NetBalancer. Netbalancer installs itself over the drivers to monitor bandwidth, limit programs, etc. My crashes started every night I put my PC on sleep after installing. Just a heads up.

Same issue

Not sure if this thread is still being monitored or not? This week I came across the same thing, but I've checked the drivers in Device manager and there are no errors. There is no theme to when it occurs. I was really hoping somebody could look at the mini dump for me - this is my daughters laptop who I don't get to see too often, so getting it fixed for her would be a real bonus for me.

I've attached a zipped file from the Minidump folder as the tool ran but didn't put a file on my desktop?
Thank you in advance.
