As there seems to be little info to be gleaned from the web regarding this software, please download AutoRuns. Right-click the .zip file and select Extract All.... Right-click the autoruns.exe file and select Run as Adminitrator. When the window reports Ready in the bottom left corner, click on File in top left corner and select Save > Save.
Attatch this newly saved document to your next post.
I will try to help out the best I can.
How long has this been going on and any and all information you can provide as to the source of this infection would be a great help in trying to remedy the issue.

The RDVGHelper.exe file can be a legitimate system file or a disguised threat to the computer as it is very easy for malicious threats to disguise themselves as something else. I wouldn't delete the file unless you are sure it has been infected. Run MBAM (MalwareBytesAntiMalware), free version, which will scan your system and identify any potential threats. Please post back your results.

I suggest you install a small free program named Unlocker (Download Unlocker 1.9.1 - FileHippo.com) and take its help to delete the file. I am sure it shall succeed in deleting it.

I was going to suggest this, but thought it wise to verify the legitamacy of the file in question first.
Unlocker will dispose of troublesome files/folders.

Unlocker doesn't actually dispose of or remove a file; it removes the "restriction" that is locking the file which will permit removal. Submitted strictly for clarification.

Just checked on my system, and I don't have this file installed. Checking on the web reveals it to be malware, specifically adware and possibly a worm.

Be careful how you reply to a post. Just because a file, any file, isn't located on your system does not mean it is malicious; ie, virus, worm, malware, adware or the like. The file "rdvghelper" is reported by "PcSafeDoctor" as follows;

"The RDVGHelper.exe file can be a legitimate system file or a disguised threat to the computer as it is very easy for malicious threats to disguise themselves as genuine RDVGHelper.exe file and cause harm to your system. Once the RDVGHelper.exe is infected, it will wantonly attack your computer; delete necessary system files without letting you know, making the computer run improperly."

As I have already suggested to the OP, running MBAM will help in determing whether or not the file is infected.

I have 5 systems currently running Windows 7 x64 and they all contain RDVGHELPER.exe in System 32.

All my systems have been scanned many times for malware with no indications that this file is such, however as pointed out above, it can be.

Be careful how you reply to a post.
HMMMM two words spring to mind ,preach & practise

Did you read my "entire" post? If so, why the silly reply? If information posted is inaccurate, it only adds to a probelm and provides no benefit. Again the file its self is not malicious. However, if it becomes infected it may/will be. It is present on my system with a valid MD5 Hash.

Hi, titi2.
What is the exact name of the file and what extension (.exe, .bat, .dll, ect.)?

The name is RDVGHELPER. I believe it is an .exe file but in system32, it doesn't have .exe. Thanks and can you help me delete this file pls.

Hello Titi,

It's not showing the .exe file extension for you since you may not have the Hide extensions for known file types box unchecked in Folder Options.

If your RDVGHELPER.exe file has the same size, file version, and MD5 and SHA1 hash as below, then it's probably safe. I have this file in my System32 folder as well.

SHA1
01FB2D0210F1C47AAF684E31A9FB78F89BBA9C0F

MD5
53FDA4AF81E7C4895357A50E848B7CFE

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Dwarf knows how to reply and I agree with him, check this rdvghelper.exe - What is rdvghelper.exe?

I never stated that "anyone" was incapable of knowing how to reply. I simply posted that caution may be advisable when posting, so that a bad situation doesn't become worst; ie, don't remove a necessary system file because it "may" be infected. I suggested using "MBAM" to verify the file and not to capriciously remove it.

Anyone can make a mistake and that certainly includes me. I wasn't trying to be better than anyone else, just suggesting it is always a good idea to be careful when offering advise.
