Well pardon me sir for originally trying to help explain your confusion regarding your new badge status (the machinations of how the system works kindly linked to) and the confusion regarding the 'superstar status' of some by diplomatically stating facts as observed by a member who has been here since the beginning and who has watched the site and it's culture evolve. No names were mentioned, nor was any particular forum section.

My simple statement of how things are could not been more general.

Nowhere in my post did I intentionally belittle you. In fact it appears I was under the misapprehension my tone was one of agreement. To date all my interactions with you have been of a polite, friendly helpful nature.

The fact that erroneous conclusions were once again jumped to and umbrage taken is quite frankly insulting.
