No...This is a feature of the Run... option in the start menu. You get a little window into which you can enter the .exe or .bat/.cmd or whatever else you want to run (or just browse for it).

That window even states "The task will be created with administrative privileges."

No hack, it's always been this way.

OK I tried that. (I had to add the Run... command to my start menu first)

What happened to the Run command?

But no matter if I use that or invoke the dialog through Win-R I just get the "normal" CMD like above, when I used the search line.
So I assume you switched off UAC or modified something else Or you're simply logged in the Admin account.
That's OK. We're off topic as is and I don't want every command automatically running with admin privileges anyways, I was just curious.

Ah, well, I've just always known my Run option in the Start menu to do it this way. You're right though - I have UAC disabled and am running with admin privileges.

So...how's it coming with that full HD? *looks at OP*

er... hai, sorry, it's me again. Em, this time around, even with the hibernation file deleted, but my hardisk capacity keeps depleting. How do I overcome this? I installed the CCleaner as well but it failed. I don't really know what to.

Well, there are obviously a few programs that store information on your c drive.
So your options now are (not necessarily in that order)
#1) get a bigger drive (your HDD is the smallest drive i've seen in years;)
#2) uninstall stuff you don't urgently need (that includes any mp3s, desktop backgrounds and youtube clips etc. obviously)
#3)keep using CCleaner on a regular base

Download and run Windirstat, which should reveal which files and directories are taking up space.

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
I already ran the TreeSize Free program, and I found out the applications that I used, like Spotify, accumulates the space of the hardisk, and I don't really know which file I should delete manually. I often use the CCleaner but failed at latter stage, because it keeps increasing. How should I go about? How am I supposed to know which file can be deleted without affecting the performance of the computer? Cheers
