Bsod during stress test 0xa

Basically this is a new system, however it does not come with a modem - the modem is required because they use dial-up. So my customer purchased one of his own, ever since the laptop has been experiancing a 0xA bsod. When the usb jack is not plugged in we still experiance the bsod.
The jack is a Zoom 56K Modem Series 1063 - we installed the 64bit drivers seeing as we have a 64bit OS here.

I debugged the dump files myself and received two process names:
win32k.sys
ntkrnlmp.exe

Specs:
- Windows 7 Pro x64
- This is the original Acer installation of Windows
- OEM

- What is the age of system (hardware)? System was purchased on Feb. 1st 2012
- Age of installation is fresh - barely even a month old

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

The rest of this statment was answered in my post. We installed the 64bit driver for this specific device provided by the company Zoomtel. BSOD's occured once installed.
Forgot to add - the system boots into windows fine however the BSOD is random.

Just had another crash with a new dmp file and a different error this time.

Attached is the newest dmp file - the error code was 0x3b

From my debugging on this it says the memory is bad - we have tested memory more then once and it has passed everytime.

Still memory corruption. You may have tested memory but with what tool and for how many passes.

Did you run driver verifier? what were the results?

You also have 2 old drivers that have no description in any driver dbase nor google.

I would run Malware bytes Just ion case.
