Ok so keeping it simple these 10 (important update will not download to my computer. every other update has installed to perfection.. whats up with theses?

I suggest you do those one at a time.
Reboot after each.

The others I would do a few at a time.

I would try installing them in the Safe Mode with Network connection. This method very often succeeds.

Hmm - so that appears 'normal' :(
The error you are getting relates to permissions and certificates (and related areas) - and can be a pain to track down.

Please run an SFC /SCANNOW from an Elevated Command prompt, and then post the full CBS.log file as an attachment (zipped, if you can, as it may be a few MB in size)

SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type

SFC /SCANNOW

and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

To attach the file to your response....
First copy the file to your Desktop, then right-click on the copy, and select Send to.. 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
then attch teh zip file to your response, by clicking on the paper-clip in the reply box and following your nose :)

sigh i dont under, ive done everything that everyone has said do and no errors have come up no were in my computer yet these 10 updates do not wont to download argh....

Yes clean install is the final step. But downloading and installing in safe made with network connection has not yet been tried.

Will the updates even install in Safe Mode?
I'd try Clean Boot first - but I'd never think of Safe Mode as the TrustedInstaller isn't functional there AFAIK? (could easily be wrong, though!)
