BSOD playing WoW and youtube

Hey guys! Get bluescreen when i play World Of Warcraft and watching youtube at the same time (got 2 screens). It can also happen while just browsing web. Im clueless what to do, feels like ive tried everything.

In this order,


Remove ESET\NOD32 from your system.


Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.


Update software\driver for your Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio


http://support.creative.com/


Download and install the new version of Driver Sweeper.


Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Uninstall ati software\driver,restart in safe mode,run driver sweeper,choose only AMD-Display and clean,restart in normal mode.


Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

Update DirectX


Read carefully the instructions and run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/160729-nvidia-amd-video-card-test-occt.html post here the results.


Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.




Finish and post back with results\news.

Thank you very much for that fast response Panais.

I did everything you said and everything passed until i came to memtest 86. Got an error on phase 1...

Weird thing is that i can do pretty much everything except playing wow and youtube at the same time. I can for example watch a .mkv movie and play wow on my primary screen (im a big slacker, i know )

So i guess the answer is that i have to buy new memory sticks now? /sadface

Write here all your system specs,ram,cpu,gpu...everything.

Computer specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3292 MHz
Asus P8 H 67 M-LE
Sapphire HD 6850
2x Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 XMP (4GIG mem stick)
Can´t remember PSU, but its Corsair 600 watt or something like that.

I know that those Corsair mem sticks are not supported by the motherboard, but the salesman assured that it would be no problem. And now it looks like there is a problem. Well I know where he´s mailbox is…

Follow all the steps and check one by one the ram dims.


Though if you have warranty just rma the ram with compatible one and dont bother with them.

When you buy something and is faulty you have the right to "rma".


You take it back for replace.


I mean take the easy way,if the memory is faulty and you have warranty just "rma" take it back and ask for a brand new and compatible with your motherboard.
