Random Slow Speeds, and Question about my Router

Hello,
i Notice my Speed Sometimes mostly Randomly that when I go to load or Refresh a page (noticed it on this site too) it hangs and I got wait like 2 mins sometimes and i find it odd cuz i have a Pretty good network Connection and I usually just got Steam open in the Tray so its not like I'm Using alot of Network/Bandwidth I Use Google Chrome or Firefox.

Did a Speedtest.net Test to show you guys my speed for refernce

Check your browser add-ons. If you don't use any of the browser add ons, disable them. Another possibility is malware infection or infection of some kind on your system.

i have only 2 Addon's Add Block + and Flag for Chrome (just tells me what country the site is from and there page rating) and I got no malware or virus's cuz I just installed my OS like 2 months ago and my pc does a Full scan every night at 2 AM with Kaspersky 2012 and Anti malware Bytes so im pretty sure that's not it either

If you are sharing your broadband connection with others and not knowing if they are utilizing the bandwidth heavily, that could also be an issue.

Is it just a general random issue when you're surfing, is it happening when you are gaming?

well I have my router pretty secure (i hope) lol well i got passwords on the admin and user account on my router and there's a password on my Routers Wireless as well)

I don't too many online game s on my PC right now but yea i noticed it yesterday i got Disconnected from the Game Randomly

I'm glad to hear that your wireless network is secured, hopefully it's WPA2?

What I meant was, if there are others in your network sharing the bandwidth, it will have an effect with the performance if they are video streaming, heavy gaming or downloading.

Is this a wired or wireless connection issue? Have you tried both if you're able to replicate the issue.

my Wireless is WPA but its set to use WPA 2 if available cuz of My PSP i gotta Keep it lower or it wont see it (stupid)

my PC is Wired my Ethernet Port on my PC is on my Motherboard I don't got a NIC

You'll have to go to the Manufacturer's site and compare the version of the driver that you're using by going into your computer's Device Manager (click on Start button>right click My Computer>Manage>Device Manager>locate and expand Network Adapters). Right click on the network adapter, go to properties the click on the Driver Tab.

OK well I believe I have the latest Driver (my Motherboard is a ASUS M4N78 PRO)

Did you go to NVIDIA site and locate the most recent driver then compare to what you currently have?

I did there's no real way of finding the version of the Ethernet driver

See if you can replicate your issue in Safe Mode with Networking. Restart your computer, tap F8 and select this option.
