Here's my attempt :) I used this style earlier on today, so I thought I might as well give it a go for you whilst it's still fresh on the mind.

Sorry about the weird dimensions, I had to fiddle with it to get the outer glow working. Also, here's another example of the wonderful Photoshop rounded corners tool... :huh:
