Finally, driver verified and related to Related to a product from Sonic Solutions (PxHlpa64.sys).

Sonic is a known problem. I would remove it at least to test.

Oh, great! Removing it right away, I'll post if anything comes up.

Something else came up. DMP is attached.

Not driver verified and could not read the faulting driver. I hve a gut feeling (nothing more) that this one was Related to EagleX64.sys HackShield Driver (AMD64) from AhnLab, Inc.
