Hm. This is looking bad - I may have to warranty the card then! Im planning to format and get a new install of Win7 in the next week or so with a new SSD coming, so maybe a fresh install will help things along. Heres hoping...

No problem. If the fresh installation does not resolve the graphics card type crashes, definitely seek an RMA.

EDIT: I reinstalled the DirectX redist as per previous instructions, yet here it is acting up again

Yep, DirectX/graphics card problems are shown in the crash report.

Please install MSI Aftetburner and adjust your clock speeds to a lower setting and see.if this brings a positive resolution. Alternatively, bump the voltage and increase the clocks. .01volts and 1mhz increments.

Would AMD Overdrive be acceptable as well to lower clock speeds or does it have to be Afterburner?

Also, I installed Win7 on a brand new HDD and still got another BSOD after about 45 minutes of gaming. Last resort is to RMA the card, but I can run them fine by themselves...

Also, before the BSOD my USB powered keyboard randomly shut itself off and the system stuttered while I tried to plug it into another USB port. After plugging it into another port and having it power on again, the system BSODd shortly afterward.

I am not extremely familiar with Overdrive. If it allows you to control your voltage and clocks, then it should be fine.

Another BSOD, implicating HIDCLASS.sys - a Logitech driver? I just installed these fresh...

HIDCLASS.sys is just any Human Interface Device. Could be USB, Bluetooth, gaming controllers, a keyboard, a mouse.

What USB devices do you have plugged in? The crash is indicating a USB related problem. It also indicates possible Windows corruption, hard disk problems, or viruses.

• If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.
  
  
• Run Disk Check with both boxes checked for all HDDs and with Automatically fix file system errors checked for all SSDs. Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96938-check-disk-chkdsk-read-event-viewer-log.html.
  For any drives that do not give the message:
  Windows has checked the file system and found no problems
  run disk check again as above. In other words, if it says:
  Windows has made corrections to the file system
  after running the disk check, run the disk check again.
  
  
• Check Windows for corruption. Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.      cables to printers or devices such as external monitors, USB memory sticks or SD cards, headset or external speakers, mouse or auxiliary keyboard, turn off WIFI and Bluetooth wireless devices."      and mouse should suffice and be the only peripherals reconnected.
  6. Turn it on to reinitialize the software connections between the BIOS and hardware
