Solved Display, Screen resolution & Aero effects problems on CAIRA CR3181

Hello. I have a CAIRA CR3181 laptop and I recently changed from WinVista to 7. I have a problem with Aero effects, I can't change colors or customize my theme at all. Also, something seems to be wrong with the screen resolution since all the items seem stretched and inappropriately sized. I have tried changing the screen resolution from display settings but there are only two options and both resolutions look really bad. Is it a problem with my graphics drive? If not, is there any way I can make items smaller and more appropriately sized on my screen? Thank you in advance.

It sounds like a graphic driver problem to me.
After you switched to Windows 7 did you install your graphic drivers?
I tried looking up your computer and I don't find anything under the name of "CAIRA CR3181 laptop".

After you switched to Windows 7 did you install your graphic drivers?
I tried looking up your computer and I don't find anything under the name of "CAIRA CR3181 laptop".

Well the laptop installed lots of Windows updates by itself. I didn't install graphic drivers, How do I do that?

Thanks. Aero is fixed for now but the items on the screen are still so stretched and big by the way the display settings were okay at first but the laptop crashed and I had to work with safe mood for a while. After restarting on normal mode the display settings changed on their own and I can't change them back, since all the options in control panel are so limited.

You need to go to your computer's website and see if they have drivers available if not go to your graphic cards manufacturer site and see if they have updated drivers there should be instructions on how to install them, usually pretty basic double-clicking the set up and following the instructions.
