I experience BSODs on my mission critical HTPC which was recently upgraded to 3D (graphics card). I'm using PowerDVD 12. The BSODs make for frustrating movie nights

Because of the crashes and some stuttering I just upgraded the CPU and the RAM (no OC). Stuttering seems to be gone but crashes still occur. Prime95 and Memtest run without error.

Is there any solution you could ppoint me to?

5 of 8 related to your a memory exception probably caused by your video driver.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver.

In order to do that we recommend using
Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

If the driver doesnt fix it we can get aggressive. If the machine is mission critical you have a backup from before the problem started right?

Thank you very much! So far so good (fingers crossed). Would you be so kind to tell me exactly where you found this information?

It is in the files you uploaded to us (called DMP files) when viewed in a tool called WinDeBugger.

If you do happen to crash please upload the DMPS, if not could you use the red triangle to ask this thread be marked solved when/if you think it is
