I ve reinstall windows 7 but the problem is that I dont know If I still need all that motherboard software which came with a instaltion CD which you might guess is no longer compatible. So I refered to my manufacturer motherboard page and found all these stuff http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5GCMX1333/#download
The versions are old but something is telling me I need those. What intricates me even more are those BIOS downloads.I see diff versions there.Do I need all of them if its the case?

You are probably even less likely to need a BIOS update than driver updates. Driver updates are often just unnecessary or harmless, but a BIOS update can lead to major problems if it doesn't go well.

Let us know what drivers are missing after doing all of your optional Updates and we'll help you extract them from the chipset and install via Device Manager to keep the bloatware from being installed which Win7 doesn't need.
All the drivers needed for the MoBo can be downloaded from the Motherboard Manufactures Website. In the not so distant past we used to get a CD from the MoBo maker when we first purchased the computer.

I dont have missing drivers, only outdated ones. The things is windows says I already have the best driver when I want to update them.On contrary some drivers scanners gave me 4 outdated drivers as shown in the picture http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/1315/26052012144618.jpg.
First of all shall I keep that HD audio device or should I go for realtek one? And I should go for the newest realteck driver availbale on realtek.com or I should comply with the older one from motherboard manufacturer site? And If I want to keep only the HD audio device whwre can I update it?
For the other system drivers where can I get the latest versions without being assaulted with driver scanner and updating programs?

Who advised you to use driver scanner crapware with Win7? Please try to get back on track.
As I stated you only need to import missing drivers after getting all optional Updates. Only if performance points to a specific driver should any drivers delivered by Win7 be changed out.
Win7 is the authority on its drivers, not some driver program from the XP era.

If you need audio drivers not found on the Windows disk, I would get them from the motherboard manufacturer's site rather than Realtek.
Motherboard manufacturer's often customize the Realtek driver to fit their motherboards. I would use the Realtek driver from Realtek only if all other drivers failed.
