Solved Random BSOD (might be Caused from being Over loaded)

The BFG Geforce 250 GTS 1GB (NON OC) recommends a minimum of 450 W, so you should get at least a 500 W PSU. 430 W may not be enough to handle all components.

I decide to go with this 700watt 80 plus Certified Power supply it was cheap because of the 30$ mail in rebate

i really hope that's the problem I just turned my PC back on and I got 2 BSOD's Already in less then 1 hour

I also just did a OS Reinstall and I got 2 more BSOD should I send you the files from it cuz I think these are 2 totally new BSOD's

Ok Here they are

also i noticed on my Task Manager that my CPU Usage goes from liek 0%-100% almost all the time and bounces around , and with my AMD Cool & Queit i also see that my CPU is at 1150 MHz and then shoots up to 2300MHz for like a Second then Drops right down to 1150MHz again the CPU Voltage is staying at 1.2320v the whole time tho, do you know what any of that means???

Probably some software is utilizing the processor for an instant and then releasing it. Usually a scheduled task or an update will cause such behavior. Possible antivirus installing new definitions? Could also be indexing service?

ok i didnt have any antiviruis installed yet (im installing MSE right now just to be protected) , are you saying i should turn off Indexing? and i have now installed the NVIDIA Driver that you linked and so what does the network and memory/driver problem mean now and is there a way to solve it?

You should check the indexing and see if it is still building. Does it say Indexing Complete, or does it give a message similar to: Indexing is paused due to system activity?

The NVIDIA driver may resolve the network/memory/driver issue. We will have to wait and see.

ok so how do i check the "status" of my Indexing that link doesnt show that, windows update installed my Graphics Driver and in like Overwrote my nforce driver so i downloaded both my Graphics driver and the Nforce driver again what 1 do i install first?

Also my New 700 watt PSU is now installed

Install the nForce driver first. It is a lower level driver for all the drivers to interface with.

Ah, I see what you were confused about. Start Menu -> Type "Indexing Options" (without quotes) into the Search Programs and files box -> Hit Enter

ok found it and it said paused then it said in progress then it said completed (all this happend in a Minute)

That may explain the CPU pulses you were seeing. Have they stopped? If you see one again, check the Indexing status and make sure it is not paused again.

ok well my Frequency isn't Dropping anymore , the CPU usage is still a bit weird, does indexing NEED to be on tho?

also i remember a while ago i was getting BSOD until i install this 1 drive (ATK0110)
and now i see its available from windows updates but every time it tries to install it fails

any suggestion?

You could try uninstalling the ATK0110 driver through Device Manager and see if Windows will install the newer driver for you at that time. I am not sure which category you will find it under, so you may have to do a bit of hunting to find it.

i know where it is in Device manager but if i uninstall it from there wont the update disappear then?
