I click update now, and install. When i look back at the update pannel it says i have 12.3. After the download it says "warnings occured during installation."

I've uninstalled it, ran a sweeper to "clean and anaylze" Amd-Vision(in safe mode).

Any ideas on getting the update?

Try system restoring to a few days ago before this started and then, uinstall the drivers from Control Panel INSTEAD of using Driver Sweeper. Then, redownload the drivers from AMD's site and install the drivers again. Here is a tutorial on how to use System Restore: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html
