BSOD happens about 40-50 minutes after start-up

I have recently been experiencing a BSOD everytime i startup (in normal or safe-mode) around 40-50 minutes after startup. It seems to just shut down every program then go to BSOD while is able to create a dump file but never automatically restart. I've also used spy-bot and Malwarebyte to find any corruptions or viruses and nothing fixed the problem. I've google'd and couldn't find anything to my predicament from other BSOD's. I personally think it's the RAM going bad (this is a built computer by a friend about 8 months ago, top of the line gamer computer, windows 7 ultimate).

All your crashes point to your onboard graphics Intel drivers. Update the drivers from Intel® Driver Update Utility (just because the tool says the driver is valid does not mean it is updated). Click on the link given to update your graphics drivers.

Once the Intel graphics drivers are updated, go into Device Manager and disable the Intel Graphics device under Display adapters. Start Menu -> Right Click Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager from the list on the left.

well i tried updating the driver but it says "it's already the current version" I used Driver Genius a few days ago to update all my drivers. I did Disable my Intel Graphics Device and going to keep my fingers crossed that this fixed it.

This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Let us know how things go with the Intel device disabled.

yeah it didnt work - i tried using that auto-detect for my driver you hyperlinked but it kept giving me a (beta) version which kept telling me "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" - so i did a manual download from the download center putting in my specific OS and chip - which gave me the lastest driver which actually says "the current driver your using is newer than the one your trying to install, install anyways?" so i did but still no luck. I did disable the driver after i updated it and still getting the BSOD.

Funny thing is, i'm not getting dump files anymore when it crashes (i haven't since June 17th) dont see them dumping into minidump folder and i can't find my MEMORY.DMP anywhere either.

a restore point wont do anything to help huh? (dont know if i even have one really)

SOLVED (for future reference for anyone else having the same problem)

So, I did a restore point which brought my computer back to almost day 1 *sighs* - no luck. Also pulled out all my sticks of RAM except one. still nothing. I was just about to do a fresh install when I came across another post about 0x0000F4 error and he was talking about this OS and it being on a SSD (solid state drive). He updated it and it fixed this problem, so I went to update my SSD (which you have to do through a bootable CD,USB, or now they actually have a nice easy install) but after it's said and done. I've been on the same start-up session now for 9 hours with no BSOD.

First time i've used a SSD, so I'm trying to burn this problem into my brain so if/when it ever happens again - I know the symptoms.

Ah, I missed that you had an SSD. My usual spiel about it:

• If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
  • SSD firmware
  • BIOS Version
  • Chipset Drivers
  • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
  • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.
