****UPDATE****

Beforehand my computer somehow manage to do a random OC which was causing my computer to become unstable (It was an under powered overlock) . It did a random blue screen last night and I'm not to sure why attached is the updated files.

****UPDATE****

Just to make sure you guys know I was unable to take off the Overclock for some odd reason. Here is the current voltages and what my Processor is going at.

Hello Michael and welcome to Sevenforums!

BSOD Analyse

Looking towards your dump I'd suspect memory failures. It could of course additional be a driver, but we'll usually suggest people to run Memtest86+.
Do a scan with Memtest86+. Memtest is a scanner that'll check your sticks for errors.

   Warning
:info: Note that the below instructions may break your WARRANTY rules. If you're unsure check manuals, separated warranty papers, stickers on computer for secure permission.

To ensure that we'll know if it's the slots on the motherboard that's broken, or the sticks itself - we have a little procedure we'll recommend. Remove 1 stick, scan the other with Memtest in the current slot. After 7 passes, move the stick to another slot and scan, and so on and so forth until you've scanned all the sticks, and all the slots, one by one.

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Drivers to be aware of

Code:

There's an update for this driver available!
NetXtreme II 1 Gigabit Drivers | Broadcom

Code:
SCDEmu SCDEmu SCDEmu Kernel System Running OK TRUE FALSE 4,096 36,864 0 8/7/2007 8:19:48 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\SCDEmu.sys 4,096
|I've heard BSOD issues with PowerISO, I'd strongly recommend uninstalling it.|
PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive

Instead you could go for software like MagicISO.

Hotfixes

Maybe you've recently done a Clean Install of Windows 7, but I'd suggest you to download all recent hotfixes for your system. Hotfixes includes stability fixes, bugs fixes and much more.

Code:
Hotfix(s): [COLOR=Red]3 Hotfix(s) Installed.[/COLOR]
                           [01]: KB2534111

If you have any problems Michael just ask away.

I'm not sure I follow the procedure for the mem test.

Do I unplug every stick except for one and run the test for 7 passes?

Do I do it like this

We're doing this so we can test every stick individually. First, test with 1 stick, test it in the 1st slot. No errors? Probably not the stick itself. Move it to another slot. Got errors? Probably bad slot. And so on, until you've tested all sticks, and all slots with every stick.

We're you able to update NetXtreme and remove PowerISO?

Thanks for the update. :)

Best Regards,
Frederik.

Awesome! If it's late in your place you can just do it later. I'm up for a rest anyway. :)

Alright, I finished up the mem test. All were good zero fails/errors. All passed. Currently I'm working on the updating part of the hotfixes and installing the drivers needed. I have already removed the power ISO. Will post results in 2-3 hours.

Alright I'm still getting some strange crashes where my computer freaks out and I need a restart. What I will do now is simply upload a fraps of what is happening if that is ok with everyone.
