0x0a & 0x1a BSODs. Frequent and Frustrating to Fix

Greetings gentlemen. Allow me to explain to thee my current dilemma.

As the title suggests the most common of Bsod's my PC is suffering are bccode 0a's and 1a's. I have done my research into these stop errors and have learned a fair bit I must say. As for when these crashes happen? Well. 0a's happen most frequent when my pc is idling or I'm casually browsing the web. A few times it's happened when I'm in a game like Skyrim for example, but very rarely has it done so in other games. Although most of the time the occurrence of 0a's happen at random times.
I have at least attempted to try and resolve the problematic software/hardware driver/s causing the 0a's, but I'm having little to no success at all in finding the troublesome driver.

As for 1a's. Yes. I'm aware that this code is generally related to faulty/corrupt memory and I have looked around for solutions. Swapping the sticks being a said solution. However I must express my discomfort and unease when it comes to opening up and actually taking out, removing or just touching pc components.

The PC that's suffering these issues was built earlier in the year by a family friend. I've only had it for approximately four months now. I will list it's specifications down below to provide further useful information.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Motherboard: SABERTOOTH 990FX
Processor: AMD FX 4100 (Speed 3.6Ghz)
RAM: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

And of course there's the file attachment containing my crash dumps.

Also. Apologies in advance if the information I've provided doesn't suffice. I'm not used to these kind of situations.

I am afraid your installation is not genuine. Non-Genuine Windows contains security leaks and also cannot be properly updated which may result in instabilities and blue screen crashes. If you were not aware that your Windows was Non-Genuine, contact your seller or the company that provided the seller and file a complaint. Also let Microsoft know of the problem: Protect Yourself from Piracy

I am sorry, but due to forum rules, we may not assist you further until you have installed a genuine version of Windows. To put the genuine Windows on, I strongly suggest you http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 to make sure all remnants are removed of the software that you used to make Windows work before. So a reinstall of Windows. Fair enough.

Although I must mention that I do have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate which I bought and installed on my old pc back in late 2009. I used the 32-bit installation on that computer and haven't touched the 64-bit disc yet. I never really experienced any BSODs on my old system after the installation of Win 7. May this be a possible solution?

Hello again.

After a few months of DIY maintenance on my bug troubled computer, I'm afraid I have to tell you I've had little to no success.

I've reinstall Windows on my Samsung HDD, God knows how many times, with my retail copy of Windows 7. The most recent clean installation I performed was back in mid August. After I activated my product key I the first thing I did was download and install only important Windows updates to patch up my system. During the week after clean installation I suffered only one BSOD and it was graphics related. I searched my problem and followed this guide to attempt to fix the faulty Nvidia driver.
Handling "nvlddmkm.sys" Crash

After which, nothing happened. There no problems. No BSODs. For at least two weeks anyway. Now they're back with a vengeance!

0a's have been predictably common and so I came to the conclusion it was a software or hardware driver playing up. But on a few occasions my computer's bsod'd when trying to move large file/folders in excess of roughly 1.5 - 2.0gb. This made me believe my hard-drive was possibly corrupt.

When searching for a solution, "corrupt memory" popped up a few times so I decided to open up my computer and swap the sticks around (using the right right pre-cautions and grounding techniques to prevent damage to the components). That however hasn't solved anything. And yes. I have ran memtest on all available memory and they all passed without error.

I'm starting to feel very lost and without hope here. Any help would be appreciated.
If there's any key details I've missed out do tell me. I'll try to provide more information if I can.
