Solved Uninstall Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor competely

Have you tried cleaning up with CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Just dloaded, installed and run the CC cleaner..Quite a comprehensive program for a freebee!! Unfortunately it did not clear the Ten Thumbs "leftovers". Deleted my passwords (LOL).

Did you try the registry fixer? Something could be left over in the registry. Only a suggestion.

Yes. I used Windows 7 manager and the "search for Ten Thumbs in the registry". As you may have read I also tried CC Cleaner. We think we have problems with Alquada, this is far more serious (LOL)

No I meant using ccleaner registry editor. And lol. Who knew this could be so hard.

Yes, I did that too. What I need is someone to install Ten Thumbs and see where it stores the students info at the same time someone to give me a million dollars! The chance of either is very remote!! My wife and I went to the USA a while ago. Loved it too.

Yes, I did that too. What I need is someone to install Ten Thumbs and see where it stores the students info at the same time someone to give me a million dollars! The chance of either is very remote!! My wife and I went to the USA a while ago. Loved it too.

I did that last night, can't help you with the million though.

There is a student cache file in the documents folder also.

Hi, or Eureka! Got the answer from Ten Thumbs. FYI here it is:

There are 3 places Ten Thumbs stores files:

C:/Program Files/Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor 4.7

The "Ten Thumbs Students" folder in My Documents (this will delete all student files and lose all progress records so if you are planning to re-install you may not want to delete this folder)

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor

This will completely remove Ten Thumbs from your computer.
