Solved Ram usage always high, how can improve this (win7ultimatex64)

Hello everyone, I apologise if this is in the wrong place, my name is aaron to start and i am new here, I have a query, not necessarily an issue but nevertheless i would like to see what i can do about it.

the problem -
back when i originally got the computer obviously the RAM was not at high usage (20-21%) at boot, now it is 30 at boot, which i understand due to ESET, but now after running the PC for a while it will start to steadily rise, and then stay at 54% until i reboot, which happens to be the only solution i can think of!, there has to be something i'm missing and i know for a fact these "RAM cleaning" programs are just one big scam.

Please do NOT ever use cleaning programs. Few exceptions, such as Revo and Ccleaner, but only if you consider yourself an Intermediate to advanced user, and only if you have knowledge of registry item removal.

Please uninstall any such program on your computer now, if you please.

Start Task Manager, select the Processes tab, and take a screenshot of all of it. If you need to, increase the window size to get all processes. Make sure you click Show processes from all users there at the bottom before you get the screen shot. To make it easier, select the Memory column so that it lists the memory items in order of largest to smallest. Tell me what antivirus program you are running, along with all other security software. You mentioned Eset.

hello again, thanks for the feedback
my security software is ESET and then i only ever run my malwarebytes or spybot if i believe it is needed, they are both set not to run at start up and only ESET smart security 5 boots with the system with real time protection always on.
also i do not have the spybot teatimer system settings protector running in case that helps with your judgement.

i need tuneup, i use it to stop other programs booting up at startup and disabling them for performance, also for gaming mode at times.

You can use Windows to prevent automatic startups - Windows 7 is very good at managing itself. With all these tune-ups, its like robbing Peter to pay Paul. The days of tune-up utilities ended with XP. Go ahead and run a test anyway - it will help us establish where the issue might lie.

Run your computer as normal and see if your RAM usage is still as high as you saw previously.

Mate, you forgot to click Show processes for all users at the bottom. Please post another screenshot of all of the running processes.

I agree with Golden, you will never need tuneups for windows 7. I highly recommend you terminate it immediately. Windows comes with all the tuneups you need, such as disk defragmenter, and a folder from which you can stop startup programs from starting up with the computer. Please run a full scan with your updated antivirus and perhaps malwarebytes and make sure you are malware free. Let us know the results.

I realized the link but click start run type msconfig was just as easy if not easier than having to go to another page.
