Solved i purchased TES: Skyrim for my laptop but it won't work!

i'm new to this so sorry if it is in the wrong place.
yesterday my disc copy of TES: Skyrim arrived and i installed it on my laptop. it was lae at night when i installed it so i left it till this morning to try out. anyway i loaded it up and the screen was moving but it was fractured and broken. i searched on the internet to find out why and came across this: Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements. it said all was fine except my dedicated video ram was too low. it requires a minimum of 512mb, but my laptop only has 128mb. i was wondering if it was at all possible to increase this via download, installing stuff, or via external plug-ins.
please help!!!!
i'm a bit of a computer noob so if possible could you use small basic words

Oh dear, laptops aren't meant to run graphically intensive games, your integrated graphics card adds insult to injury unfortunately, if I help someone get a laptop, I tend to go for ones with an AMD or Nvidia graphics card in them rather than an intel, mainly because they are mobile versions of their desktop counterparts and can run games a little better, in short, you're probably better off sending the game back saying that it's faulty and does not run and getting your money back, you can't upgrade the graphics card on the cheap as it would cost about the same as getting a gaming laptop for the parts and labour to fit a new GPU

yes downside of laptops is not much change of hardware can be done, if was a pc you could have brought a graphics card and slotted it in.
