I'm wondering should i use Trixx for my CF Hd7970 set up
I'm currently going through CCC with a clock of 1000/1430 stock clocks being 925/1375 max being 1125/1575 power setting at 10% max 20%
I have installed Trixx and checked out what kind of clock boost i would get and i could go 1500/2100 but no voltage control just my power that i can bring up to 20%
Now I don't mind defaulting CCC and using Trixx but I would like to know has anyone used this before or have a HD 7970 and has used Trixx software I don't want to brick my cards I don't need to mention how much they go for you guys already know
Thanks in advance also my card has a Dual Bios Both of them if that makes it easier for a reply

Trixx is AMD only I believe, si I haven't used it - but have you tried
Afterburner ?
It's one of the better apps out there and it should allow you to unlock your voltage (found in the settings)

It looks like it will be good
I opened it and it gave me more clock room by atleast 300 mhz gpu clock and memory clock was 600mhz increase over Default /Max settings if i chose to use the settings
I just don't want to get excited use the software and botch my cards
Like i mentioned about it has no voltage settings just power % gpu /core clocks
the power % goes from 0-20%
even if i boost it up to 20% i doubt it would be stable at higher clocks because no way to see what you are putting into it voltages wise
posted my current clocks / second is max clocks if i decided to go there
right now 940/1410 I been fiddling with these cards there really good but they get pretty hot in this summer weather

ok I set it at 1120/1600 power 15% fan speed 70% vddc 1200 does that sound like a reasonable OC ?
Idle is 46c by the way
One more thing I didsabled ULP mode before i did it
I just ran left4dead too and my temps only climed to about 54c so i will call it a day with this one and hope it won't crash but hell it was really playing buttery smooth and it happen to get a little brighter
