Please, take a look and advice how to fix:

DRIVER CORRUPTED EXPOOL during BF3 heavy load

0x000000c5

ntoskrnl.exe

P5QSE2 (Bios 0801 - latest available)

Q8200

GTX 460 (Palit, NVIDIA drv. ver.: 301.42)

KVR800D2N6 / 1 GB * 4 pc's (windows mem test shows ok)

NOD ESET 32 (goes into game mode during gaming)

BSOD Analyse

There's a bunch of blames here but let's do them one by one.

1) Try to do a clean install of the Graphic Driver, the tutorial below meets the requirements of not having left-over files afterwards.

i) Make your way to Nvidia Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers and download the latest driver for your card, save it to your desktop for instance.
ii) Uninstall the Graphic driver you currently have and all its extensions (do not reboot yet)
iii) Download Driver Sweeper
iv) Get to safe mode (without network) and search for Driver Sweeper in your rb:
v) Select all the Nvidia components and analyse them
vi) Clean them, head into Windows without internet and install the driver you downloaded previously.

Reply when you're done.

The stack pointed DirectX. Did you happen to be gaming during this BSOD? Reinstall the DirectX files.

Sure. All my BSOD's happen during the gaming only. And only during the heavy load. Diablo III works stable until a mess happens in a game, script scene change or smth similiar.

BF3 crashes after 3-5 mins of gameplay.

Thank's, I'll try to do smth with DirectX.

I'll report then with a results.

Hello Doppe.

As it's only while you're gaming, what's your temperatures just before the crash? You can use Speccy for this process. Especially keep an eye on your Graphics Card and your CPU.

Another sleepless night.

GPU shows: BF3 from 71° to 73° С, furmark goes up to 80 °C.

CPU is 38-39°.

That's some pretty high temperatures. I'm not too good at Russian to tell if you have a laptop or a desktop by the looks of the NFO. Is it a laptop or a desktop? And is it built?

In that regard you can fill fill your system specs.

That's some pretty high temperatures...

Idle mode shows 35 °C. Well... I dont know really. Internets shows that 70 - 73 ° C - luxury temperature for "nVidia ovens" during the game play.

I can't find anny suitable info about nominal temperatures on the Palit manufacturer web site.

Systeminfo.exe shows .NET framework v 4.0.30319 required.

Open the case and plug out the cables connected to the Graphics Card, pull out the Graphics Card and blow the fans. You might want to use small pieces of paper to get around the corners. If you have a swab, use it to clean the back of the fan.

   Tip

Boot without the Graphics Card, get the error sound/message. Turn off the PC and install the Graphics Card again and boot.

Make sure that the pins fits. Squares into squares etc.

I cleaned it up with a brush and a hairdryer two weeks ago and now it shows BSOD.

I really don't recommend cleaning a PC with a hair dryer, unless it doesn't blow very warn heat.
