usb 2.0 divers but cant find

yeh so my problam is as follows my acer vertron s460 says that the usb that the is no high spped usb ports but it says all overe the mobo that there is indeed high speed ports pls help

Hi Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and rebooting with internet connection?

No I achuly haven't but how do you uninstall the driveres?

Well firstly make sure windows is updated If this is a new installation which it sounds like.

Secondly click the windows start icon, on the right right click computer then click on manage.

This will open up computer management.

On the left click device manager then on the right you should have option quite low down saying. "Universal serial Bus Controllers" What you want to do is double click that name. And every option underneath USB controllers your going to right click and click uninstall when you have done that restart your computer and let me know how you get on.

Thats what i was waiting for Uninstall restart if not should fix it. Failing that just get him to install Manufacturer drivers
