Ok. This is what I have done:
Uninstalled the three software as requested. Installed MSE as recommended.

Ran SFC 3x - no probems detected

Ran SeaTools - no problems detected

Ran memtest as follows:

1. Individually tested all 4 memory modules each on a different slot except for slot DDR_2 - all memory modules passed.

2. Installed all 4 memory modules and ran memtest - memory test failed.

3. Ran individual test again - 1 memory module failed on slot DDR_2

4. Tested same memory on Slot DDR_3 & 1 - Passed on both slots

5. Tested 2 other memory modules on slot DDR_2 - both passed

6. Tested 4th memory module on slot DDR_4 - Passed

7. Tested 2 memory modules at the same time on slot DDR_4 & 2 - passed

8. Test all 4 memory modules at the same time - passed

*All tests ran for 6 passes or more

Just restarted system, and have to wait and see if problem recurs.

Prior to the first memtests BSOD occurred about 4 times more

Any idea why those instances that memory failed the test one time happened and now they all passed after subsequent tests?

Thanks for your help.

Hello JASPC56, do you overclock?
► These programs are not needed, uninstall those. Those cause troubles off and on.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\AutoGreen Public
Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\EasySaver Public
Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6 Public:Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6 Public
Among those, Easy Tune 6 is an overclocking program. Before uninstalling it, first run it and set everything to default.

► Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.
► If some roxio systems like BurnerLauncher, CPMonitor and BackOnTrack runs, they may cause problems anytime, too. But, before blaming them, we to be a bit cautious.

In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

In this situation there is nothing to be worried at all. if you are on driver verifier, you may disable it now.

If there are further crashes, let us know.

Got another BSOD. Same error. Ran a Windows memory diagnostics that found errors, but cannot find the event log. Just found this and copied to txt but do not think it is the correct due to the time of the report. It should have been generated at a later time.

Sorry for the late reply. As your new dumps are not showing any probable cause of crashes, you need to enable Driver Verifier here.

Well Fellows, there has been no BSOD (except 2 that I caused trying to oc) now for two weeks, with everything running as before! Have no idea why it has not done so up to now. But that is good news so far. Thanks to everyone who assisted. Will keep you posted if anything pops up in the next few weeks!
