Welcome

You seem to be having lot of USB errors. What's connected to your USB?

Consider uninstalling AVG, it contributes in BSODs.
AVG | Download tools and utilities

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Little confused, you suggest uninstalling AVG, then list it as great for compatibility. And I've ran Malware bytes and spybot search and destroy, nothing found.

As far as USB, my mouse, my creative USB headset, and an Netgear Wireless card. I'm starting to the think the error could be entirely the wifi card. After every BSOD it's listed as disabled, and I have to unplug then replug it. All of it's drivers are up to date. I deleted it's drivers out, rebooted windows, and it installed all new ones. Same error.

Edit:: When I get home tonight I'll look at replacing AVG with essentials. I've never had issues with AVG before, but at this point I'll try anything. Any more suggestions? on tests to run to single things out? I'm not sure how to replicate the circumstances of the failure other than plugging in with an ethernet cord and doing the same thing. The router is in a roommates room and we have very conflicting schedules. So if we can figure out a bypass without that, that would be extremely helpful.

My mistake, I've corrected that now.

I'd like to know if this is a new computer and if it's under its warranty.

It's less then 2 months old. It's a home built computer. I purchased everything from Fry's electronics, and I do believe they do a limited manufactuers warranty. I don't know if that would be something I could do to warranty small parts individually?

OK. The reason I asked the status of warranty is because you're having a bug check 101. There's a thread on how to trouble shoot it here. The problem lies within the processor and I'm afraid you might be suffering the other problems because of that. You may want to go through the troubleshooting thread and let us know what you find out.

I'm going to try and warranty the processor out today. Thanks for catching that! If that isn't possible I'll work through the thread and let you know what else I find. Thanks again for all the great help.
