BSOD After Upgrading From Vista to 7

Hi every one
I upgraded my last OS(Win Vista Ultimate) to Win 7 Ultimate.
the BOSD contains following information:

[B]DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS[/B]

.

.

I start it up in safe mode,and every thing which is appears after pressing F8,but this problem still LIVES!!!
What can I must do?

I would recommend doing a clean install.

I don't want to do a clean install!!!,because I've installed more than 25GB of programs...
Please help me...

Uninstall comodo firewall and any other Anto virus software. Dont disable it. Uninstall it. then upgrade.
