My pc was working fine for a few months then one day it just wouldnt boot up. Inside the case i saw the CPU Led was on red. It has power; fans spinning and hardware running. Just not posting :(

I reseated everything and still same problem.

Did the Cmos battery, Jumpers, MemOk thing whilst changing and reseating each hardware. Didnt solve it.

So i bought a new peice of hardware and replaced each thing one by one, so Ive tried replacing the: motherboard, power supply, graphics card, processer and ram.

I have 2 disc drives which ive unplugged till I get this problem solved.

I have 3 SSD's ive tried only one plugged each time.

Nothing smells burnt.

Motherboards screws are all in and tight.

All cables in correct places and secure.

Its cool inside the case. No overheating problems whilst it was working.

I am really stuck now :(
If you have any tips what you think I have not tried then please share :)

If you actually purchased "new" component parts as listed herein, then I would suggest a local shop check it out. They have equipment for providing more extensive electrical testing than a home user will ever need or use. As a caveat, I wouldn't go to the Big Box stores, but try a local trusted one.

if u have another system , you can try the equipment in that system one by one ....
easierly then identifying any burnt component .
suppose two components are damage , the CMOS and RAM ... when replace them with new items one by one , you wont get to know the damage one . the first time you replaced the CMOS and there is a troubled RAM .. second you replaced RAM with troubled CMOS exitence .
