Looks like a .NET Framework update ... you should probably leave them alone.

In reviewing the list, you have English as the language on the left side of the screen and Portuguese on the right side of the screen. Do you actually download files in Portuguese? I see the one file for a Windows update, but other than that, things seem unusual with an intermixed use of 2 languages.

The permissions issue can be with either a directly attached drive or with an external drive, depending on the file.

Could you please reply to my prior post regarding language.

First, my pc is is Portuguese because I'AM PORTUGUESE !! the files you see in the left because they weren't created by me. Probably, as other users said, they are related to updates !!

Well excuuuuuuuuuuse me!

By the way, there is only one file in the list you posted that can be attributed to an update, with any certainty; it is the NDP40-kb2600217.

Good luck in solving your problem(s).

These folders are temporary folders which may be created when the system downloads an update and installs the update. Normally these temporary folders get deleted automatically after the installation of update. Sometimes they stay back on the disks (reason unknown).

Try to see if these folders get deleted after reboot. If not you can delete them manually without any problem. For extra safety, you may move these folders to a temporary location and keep for 2-3 days. If your system is working OK then delete them permanently.

If the update is installed, then no problem. Otherwise the update will be downloaded again and gets installed.
