Yes, that is great, thanks. Your PSU is not a real good one, download Download and click the Power Supply tab and run the test if possible.
(The price in USD for the PSU is about $16, so not a high quality one)

just the Fullscreen can be choose to tick

cause i have try all the method list above and it doesnt work at all
i plan to change my video card (GeForce 210)
this video card do really suck and i tired of this
everyday and every game the problem just keep occur and occur again and i have to restart my computer non-stop

I'm sure it can be solved. You just seem to have a problem following the advice given to you. Perhaps you should take your PC to a reputable Computer Engineer for attention.
