som times my os stope and show this message
a problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown
and when i restart os it work correctly
i dont have any problem whit this pc befor this

os : win 7 32bit
ram 2*2gig
cpu core i3-2100

This stop error means that your ntfs file system is corrupt (damage in the file system, bad hard drive data, corrupt SCSI or IDE drivers or a corrupt ntfs.sys file).

1, If you still can access Windows, try to disable any backup programs, virus scanning programs or disk defragmenter tools. Try also to run a hardware diagnostics tool to detect any errors your hard drive might have. Also I would advise to run the chkdsk command in command prompt "chkdsk C: /r/f

The chkdsk should fix this problem. But your HDD could be a bigger issue beyond repair

Your statement is this has happened before. Is it the same message every time? Have you run chkdsk /f to try and correct the problem?

Should he not run the /r switch just incase there is something to be removed also instead of just fix
Just in my opinion i would always run chkdsk with the two switchs incase there is other problems. Not saying that you are wrong in just using the one switch
