Your crash dump is not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

• If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
• If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

So it is not crashing with DV enabled, but only freezing?

Still I think it is some driver issue. And, you should start fresh at this point I think. It is the final possible way to get rid of any faulty drivers there.

I reinstalled my Windows. As soon as the installer finished, I turned off the computer and pluged my another hard drive in (all the drivers are on that one) Before the Welcome message, my clean windows 7 crashed... As I remember it was a 0x000003B

Haven't you installed the drivers in C drive?

I formated C at the begining the installation. Befor I started I downloaded all drivers to my another HD which was unplugd during the install.

OK ... that means, the drivers are not yet installed, and when you plugged the other HDD, it crashed. Am I right now? An uninstalled driver cannot make it a crash.

Do some disc checks on the other HDD.

1. Update your SSD's Firmware
2. Re-seat the sata and power. Also check the cables.
   
   
3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

Have you tested the RAM modules? Test your RAM modules for possible errors.

I reinstalled my windows (again). This time without my sound card. I did everything as I did at the first time. There wasant any problem till the second reboot. After that I was looking for the USB3 drivers with the device manager while the system crashed.

edit:Arc: at the first time before I pluged my other hdd in, I turned off the computer.
edit2: I tested ram, but only for 2 passes, and I checked Memtest's Bit fade test too....

I dont have a VGA card in my computer. How should I run memtest?
1. Withot VGA, memtest only see ~7500Mbyte.
2. With VGA card installed, memtest see all 8GB.

Whatever, it seems like the problem is hardware, almost sure.

Not yet.
earlier I tested my first HD with WD's diagnostic tool.
my second HD cant be the problem, because last time the Windows install crashed, when this drive wasnt connected.
I got a brand new PSU for test, this is what Ill do next...

And the Graphics, network and other PCIe cards, if any.

Then dismantle the PC and reassemble ... sometimes cabling etc also causes the issue.

Update:
It looks like one of my RAM moduls is the cause of all the headaches. I tried to run different memory diagnostic tools, but none of them find any error.
I uninstalled one of the moduls from the mb and now its running bsod free. I put the modul which I think is bronken to my friends computer (same mb, cpu... as mine) and guess what, it crashes that computer too.... I'll test the another module for a while than Ill return them this week.
