mobo asus p8 z77-v LX
intel i5-3570k quad core cpu
16 GB ram ( 2 set of 2 4gb sticks )
win7 64bit
ati hd 5450

i started without the ssd nor the gpu, preformance all around windows was laggy
about each window has to hang a bit

i thought it was a hdd problem so i got an ssd, no use
i thought it was a ram problem so i ran memtest86, everything is fine
i thought i had the cpu intalled in correctly, was fine aswell

what might be causing this ? i am going crazy over here ?!
can it be the mobo chipset ?

It could be a faulty installation. Did you do a fresh install when you moved over to the SSD? Otherwise it might be a driver issue, or you might have some faulty hardware somewhere.

3 times with win7 ( 2 on hdd and 1 on ssd )
and 2 win8 attempts

what faulty hardware might it be ? i tested everything, and replaced everything that cannot be tested

You have an integrated graphics processor. Try rebooting with your ATI GPU outside of the machine, running your graphics from the integrated GPU.

And you did a prolonged Memtest86+ test for at least 24hrs without a single error?

Interesting. Definitely faulty hardware. You'll have to unplug everything and bring the system down to its smallest operating factor.

Take the system down to the lowest factor. Remove everything from the system that isn't required to boot and operate at the bare essential level.

let me put it this way
Every windows has to become uresponsiive for about 2 seconds a least before you can use it
and i mean when your going through dir's, between each one and the other this happens

did you check the start ups?
try the partition defragment, and organize your information in the directories, when its bunch of files in a folder windows would pre-read the information. organizing information helps its speed up, but 2 second for in each change!! strange
also check your hdd with error check

its on ssd.... i hardly think that a couple of startup apps are the problem, specially with 5 new installs...

dunno if this helps, but when i leave the pc for about 10 min or so, it becomes "normal" when i get back for about a minute before going back to laggy mode...

First, never defrag an SSD. second try http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html to verify and repair any Windows system files. If you are using any 'system tune up utilities' uninstall them. They will mess up Windows every time. Windows XP needed them, but Windows 7 is not XP. Also, please fill out your system specs. Click My System Specs at the bottom left of your last post, then click edit system specs and be as complete as you can. To see what we would like, look at mine. Download AS SSD open it and select your SSD. You don't need to run the test unless you want to. Post a screenshot of the AS SSD window for me.

Can you run Windows Experience Index and post a screenshot of the results here?

Is the partition on your SSD properly aligned? You can run ASSSD benchmark a post screenshot here= (see that Steve already posted this).

Have you updated your graphics drivers?

ok first i did the cmd test and it finished without any warnings on the dos screen

i am not sure though about the ssd test results, they came a bit disappointing
capturehd.png

i tried to visit asus website and update my sata drivers:
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver software V11.1.0.1006 installed
Intel Smart Connect Technology V3.0.30.1526 didnt identify the hardware
Intel Rapid Start Technology V2.1.0.1002 didnt identify the hardware

so is my problem with those drivers ?

note: i am assuming the drivers because hdd have semiliar problem
