Hi demetroman,

You may try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Disconnect external USB devices
- Unplug all external peripherals (iPod/Printer/etc)

2. Release Flea Power
- Unplug all cables (power/keyboard/mouse/monitor) to isolate the tower
- Press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds continuously
- Plug only the most essential components (keyboard/mouse/monitor); attach the power cable
- Power on the computer and repeatedly tap 'Space bar' (Promptly after the machine powers on)
- Highlight and tap 'Enter' to select 'Delete Restoration Data' (if prompted)
- Check if the system works

Hope this helps.

Let it finish. Those reckless forced shutdowns will only continue to make it worse. Then if it doesn't start boot back into Startup Repair by tapping the F8 key repeatedly at boot, run Startup Repair again. This time allow it to run System Restore. If this fails run System Restore from the System Recovery Options list/.

These repairs might run better from Win7 DVD or System Repair CD.

If this fails, start at the top to work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start. Everything possible to repair the OS is there, leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or get the superior Clean Reinstall.

Fill in your System Specs in bottom left corner of post.

It may have skipped the repair that will work because you wouldn't let it run System Restore. Did it also throw up a message saying it was checking the Disk which may take a long time?

Fixed :)) Maaaaany but many thnnx to saurabrh. I set hrough the bios the dvd rom as first device, I holded the power button for 10 seconds restarted in widnows disc repaired and fixed

Hi demetroman,

'Residual electricity' stored in capacitors (In 'Power Supply or Circuit Board') may sometimes prevent the computer from starting up.

Thank you for the reply; glad that you were able to 'repair Windows'. Do reply if you have any further questions; glad to assist :)
