Startup Issues

I'm having troubles with my PC during startup. This usually happens 4-5 times before it will actually bootup. I recorded a video to help show the problem. Sorry for the poor quality, only thing I had was my phone.

did you install the correct video driver? what version (rel #) also is sys 32 bit or 64, clean install or upgrade, etc.

currently im using the integrated geforce 9300 because with the 8800GT the computer would boot but freeze later on. if the computer can get past the welcome screen it usually wont crash/freeze. im using 15.37 nforce win7 64bit display drivers currently (as im using the onboard). And this was a clean install after reformat
