What you have is fine, now just upgrade your memory and your video card. Double check in computer properties to make sure for certain that your cpu is 64 bit capable. Post a shot like this and we can get a better read on your hardware. If you want.

If the OP raises his RAM would he not need to reinstall Windows 7 and install 64bit version?

If the motherboard supports more than 4 gigs and you install more than 4 gigs , then you SHOULD install 64 bit. But you don`t HAVE to.

I would tend to add more ram and install the 64 bit addition if i was you .

Sorry I was under the impression that 32bit would only support 4MB max and then only 3.6 or so is usable!

And I totally agree, but in this case the OP asked for the best operating system ( with 2 gigs installed ) so in my opinion 32 bit is fine, and no need to change, YET.

You are correct, but you would have to INSTALL 4 gigs to even worry about that. 1 bridge at a time. :)
