OK geeks, my last request this time around.

Arc has made me some really fabulous flag orbs with transparent background. Here's an example, flag of Finland:



My request: Could someone create a similar glittering transparent 250*250 orb using this round Windows 8 logo made by Bongo:



Also, if possible without losing quality, the same orb in 480*480.

That is quite nice! There is a file size limit of 250KB for sigs though.
