As is you have integrated graphics, you`d have to pop open the case, but I`m sure you have a pci express slot in there. What year was this pc built. AGP is quite old.

Some graphics nowadays are even built into the cpu ( I hear ) it`s gettin outta hand. Pop off the side and look for a long odd colored slot, black, blue, green etc.

PCI slots are white.

As a new Acer PC with Windows 8.

It's been my experience that the colors vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and even model to model. The PCI slots are white on my M2N68 but light blue on my M4N68. APU is the new term for a CPU/GPU combo chip. My advice is to download the manual to be sure of what slots are on your motherboard. The specific make and model number of the motherboard should be silk screened onto it somewhere. It may be between the slots so you may have to remove an add-in card to see it.

Take the case side cover off and have a look? If you have a camera, take a picture post it here.

I told you, you have to pop it open and find someone who knows and can tell you if it`s a pci express slot. Take a pic of the board and upload it so we can see it. I can tell just by looking at it.

If none of the specs tell you ( and they don`t, I looked ) then this is how you will find out, but I`ll bet 100 dollars it`s a pci express slot. Like I said wayyyy up there.

Why do you want to know?

If you wish to upgrade the graphics by adding a discrete card, be warned: the M1935 has a 250W power supply. You won't find an add-in graphics card whose manufacturer would recommend a PSU that limited.

All the Intel Core i-series have integrated graphics controllers. 1st Gen was on die, 2nd & 3rd Gen on chip.

The long blue one with the white locking tab is a PCIe x16, that's the one you would use for a video card. The other three short black slots are PCIe x1 slots, used for wifi cards etc. That white lettering right below the PCIe x16 slot may be the motherboard model number. I can't make it all out from that photo.

To repeat:

The M1935 has a 250W power supply.

That won't support any discrete graphics cards that would be a worthwhile upgrade.
